Delivery Regions

Koro Gaia currently ships within Kenya, as well as to Uganda, Tanzania, and Somalia.  We are currently working on shipping to select international locations and will keep you updated once operable.

Shipping Within Kenya

Orders above KSh 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below this amount, standard shipping is charged at KSh 350. If you need your order sooner, you can choose express delivery for KSh 500, with delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to Uganda & Tanzania

We offer flat-rate delivery to Uganda and Tanzania at KSh 800. Deliveries typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping to Somalia

For Somalia orders, availability and pricing depend on the destination. Please email us at customercare@korogaia.com with your location and order details so we can provide a custom shipping quote.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to factors outside our control — including weather, customs, or courier issues. Koro Gaia is not responsible for delays once an order is in transit.

Recycling Program – Nairobi Only

We currently offer a Recycling Reward Program for customers located within Nairobi. When you return 4 empty Koro Gaia 'Gaia Collection' bottles and 6 empty Koro Gaia 'Wardrobe Collection' bottles, you receive a discount on your next purchase. To arrange a return, please email customercare@korogaia.com. We look forward to expanding this program to more regions soon.
